Burgmann Buddy Program
Something we truly value about Burgmann is the way our students connect across year levels.
Our Buddy Programs link Junior, Middle and Senior School students in regular sessions that focus on values like respect, leadership, resilience, empathy and fairness.
In the Junior School, older students work with younger ones to build confidence and a strong sense of belonging. Middle School buddies—Year 7s with K–2—have been exploring concepts like fairness through games, discussions and collaborative activities. In the Senior School, Year 10 students buddy with Year 3s as part of the Grow Your Mind program, supporting wellbeing and emotional literacy.
Each of these programs is helping to grow confident leaders, thoughtful friends and connected learners.
