Burgmann has supported young learners through preschool education for more than 25 years. With a new purpose-built Preschool planned to open at our Forde Campus in early 2027, we are building on that experience and growing our Early Years team.
This is an opportunity to contribute your ideas and professional experience alongside established colleagues, within a school community that values the contribution each person makes.
Depending on the position, roles may be based at either campus or across both sites.

Where would I work?
Roles may be based at the Early Learning Centre on our Valley Campus, the Preschool on our Forde Campus, or across both sites. The position information will outline the location and any responsibilities across campuses.

What qualifications are you looking for?
We welcome interest from Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators, specialist teachers and educational leaders. Qualifications, experience and any registration requirements vary by role, so please review the criteria in the relevant position information.
What opportunities are there for specialist teachers?
We are developing specialist teaching opportunities within our Early Years program. These roles offer a chance to connect your discipline with young children’s learning and work collaboratively with educators. Advertised positions will outline the specialist area and responsibilities.
Do Early Years roles follow school terms?
Our ELC and Preschool provide early learning and care across 49 weeks of the year. Employment arrangements vary by role, so please refer to the position information for working hours, work patterns and leave arrangements.

Are full-time, part-time or casual roles available?
The employment type and hours will be specified in each advertised vacancy. If the current positions do not suit your availability, we welcome your expression of interest in future opportunities.
When would I start?
The new Preschool is planned to open in early 2027. Commencement dates will depend on the position and will be confirmed during recruitment; roles across the ELC and Preschool may have different start dates.
