Year 11 & 12 Scholarship
The Year 11 & 12 Scholarships recognise and encourage outstanding ability and success in academics, leadership and service. At Burgmann Anglican School, we believe every student has unique strengths and potential. Scholarship Overview
Each scholarship covers 25% of tuition fees across Years 11 and 12.
Scholarships are awarded to students entering Year 11 in 2027. Applications are invited from current Year 10 students from all schools, including those already attending Burgmann Anglican School.
Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and a willingness to contribute positively to the wider school community through leadership, service and active involvement in school life.

A summary of academic achievements from the last 3 years. This may include:

Personal reflection
Up to 250 words responding to one of the following topics:

Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview, which will include an assessment component.
Successful applicants will receive a scholarship offer and, if new to Burgmann, will begin the enrolment process.

Do I need to be on the waitlist to apply?
No. We welcome applications from all Year 10 students, regardless of whether they are currently on the waitlist or enrolled at the School.
What specifically is covered under the scholarship?
The scholarship covers 25% of the Annual Tuition Fees for Years 11 and 12.
The scholarship does not cover any other fees or charges, including:
- Registration Fees
- Enrolment Fees
- Uniforms
- Development Foundation Contribution (DFC)
- Annual Capital Contribution
- Subject Levies
- Annual Fixed Levies
- Instrumental Music Program
- Co-Curricular & Optional Activities
- Holding Fee
- Withdrawal Fee
When will I find out if I’ve received a scholarship?
Successful applicants will be notified early Term 3.
