After Hours Emergency

For all urgent matters outside school hours (8:00am to 4:00pm).
These include:
- Emergencies requiring immediate assistance
- Activation of fire or security alarms.
- Suspicious activity on school grounds.
- Immediate hazards including structural damage or utility issues that pose safety concerns.
- Wildlife that poses an immediate threat e.g. snakes
All non-urgent matters should be directed to communityquestions@burgmann.act.edu.au.
A Burgmann representative will follow up during core school hours.
Outside School Hours Care (after 4pm)
If parents/carers advise their child (Kindergarten - Year 6) is unable to be collected from the school prior to 3.45pm OR if the School is not advised prior to 3.45pm and is unable to contact parents/carers, the student will be escorted to the Outside of School Hours Care program where they may join in the afternoon’s activities up until 6.00pm.
