Study Support

Study Support at Burgmann Anglican School provides students with opportunities to strengthen understanding, build confidence and develop effective learning habits. Through structured study, tutoring and assessment preparation opportunities, students are supported to become more organised, independent and reflective learners.

Burgmann Anglican School provides a range of Study Support opportunities that complement classroom learning and help students develop confidence in their studies. These programs provide additional time, guidance and structure for students who want to consolidate learning, clarify understanding, complete tasks or prepare for assessments.

Study Support may include Middle School Homework Helper, supervised study opportunities, Senior School after-school tutoring and ACT Scaling Test preparation for Tertiary Package students. These opportunities encourage students to ask questions, reflect on feedback, strengthen organisation and develop the skills needed to manage learning with increasing independence.

The School’s approach focuses on creating supportive academic environments where students can build positive study habits, persist through challenges and continue developing as capable and engaged learners.

See It For Yourself

The best way to understand a school is to experience it in person. Join a small group tour led by our Principal, Leonie Harwood, to see learning in action, meet our community and get a feel for what makes Burgmann distinctive.
