Book Week 2025
At Burgmann, Book Week is more than just a dress-up day. It’s a celebration of imagination, storytelling and the joy of reading.
This year marks 80 years of Children’s Book Week, with the theme Book an Adventure. Today our Junior and Middle School students, along with their teachers and support staff, embraced the occasion with creativity and enthusiasm. Senior School will have their turn next week once assessments are complete.
Book Week is affectionately known as ‘Teachers’ Christmas’, thanks to the energy, effort and joy that staff put into enchanting and engaging our younger readers. These moments remind us how powerful stories are in building curiosity, connection and a love of learning.
