Our Kindergarten to Year 5 students were treated to an exciting and interactive incursion with Kaboom Percussion led by Grace and Quinn. From tuned pigs and 3D-printed drums to Boomwhackers, and cajóns - the performance was filled with fun and creativity.
Students learnt how everyday items, like boxes and cardboard, could be transformed into instruments, explored the joy of body percussion, and listened to some favourite tunes, including the Mario Kart and Bluey theme songs. “I loved the theme songs,” one student said, while another shared, “I loved the Boomwhackers!”
