Getting Here

Parents may drop Kindergarten to Year 12 students at school from 8.00am. However, classrooms are not open until 8.30am. From 8.00am until 8.30am students are supervised in the playground by staff. Please do not drop students off before 8am.

Parents of preschool students must remain with their child until 8.30am.

Any child who is late to school (after 8.40am) must collect a late slip from the Campus Front Office before proceeding to class. Children who leave school for any reason during the day must be signed out at the Campus Front Office or Senior School reception.

Any child not collected by 3:40pm will be taken to the Campus Front Office and parents will be contacted.

School bus services are run by ACTION, QCity Transit and Transborder. Further information can be found at the following web sites:

Valley Campus

The car park is a ONE WAY system. You can either choose to park your car and collect your children from their classrooms or you can drop them off and collect them from the SET DOWN point.

There are two SET DOWN points in the school.

  1. One is located in front of the Main Office and Administration building
  2. The other is in front of the cafe in Senior School.

In the interests of safety, please don't drop off or collect your child from any other point. A teacher will be on duty at each SET DOWN point in the  afternoon. Cars waiting to set children down or collect children will need to queue on the left-hand side of the car park until they reach the SET DOWN point.

Children may only be collected directly from the classroom or from the SET DOWN point. No children are to wait in the car park or to go to the cars without an adult accompanying them.

Forde Campus

Middle School students are expected to enter the Middle School precinct via the main entrances along Francis Forde Boulevard. No Middle School student is permitted to enter via the Early Childhood area. If students are required to cross main roads for any reason, the pedestrian crossings must be used.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation in reinforcing these expectations to ensure the safety of all children.
