Winter 2026 edition of The Gribble now available

The Winter 2026 edition of The Gribble is now available, bringing together stories of learning, achievement, connection and community from across Burgmann Anglican School.

This edition explores the School’s 2026 theme, Building Futures, looking at the many ways Burgmann is preparing students for what comes next, through learning, belonging, opportunity and the environments in which they grow.

Among the feature stories is a look at how self-regulated learning is helping Middle School students become more confident and independent learners, along with a reflection on 25 years of Burgmann Preschool as the original Valley program prepares to close and move into a new purpose-built facility at Forde in 2027.

The issue also introduces Burgmann’s two new Houses, Dyurra and Mullangari, and explores the thinking behind the expansion of the House system from four Houses to six.

Readers can also discover the latest developments across Burgmann’s campuses, including the new Preschool and Sports Centre, revisit the scale and ambition of the School’s 2026 production of MIDNIGHT: The Cinderella Musical, and meet Director of Catering Tammy Ponnampalam in this edition’s Staff Spotlight.

Beyond the classroom, the edition celebrates student achievement in areas including Youth Parliament, da Vinci Decathlon, music, sustainability and alpine skiing, as well as sharing the latest stories from Burgmann alumni.
