After School Care

Burgmann Anglican School runs an out of core hours program (OOCH) for children in Pre-School and Kindergarten,  and an After School Care (ASC) program for children in Years 1 - 6.

OOCH runs from 3.00pm - 6.00pm and ASC runs from 3.15pm to 6.00pm.

The cost per session is currently $15 for permanent bookings and $17 for casual bookings (subject to availability). Accounts are issued twice per term and can be paid by BPay from a cheque, savings or credit account; or by cash or cheque. Our Child Care Number is 407 321 613 H.

If you require after-school care on a regular basis, it is best to book your child in with the After School Care Program through the school, there is a separate enrolment form that needs to be completed.. If you require occasional care then you need to ring the Director of the program, Mrs Jane Farruigia on the day that you require care, following the completion of the necessary documents.

Currently the school holds a licence for 55 after-school care places. If a place is not available for your child in the program, they will go onto a waiting list. Offers of places will be give in order of registration, with priority given to siblings and those childern already attending the program. At the conclusion of each year children will need to re-enrol in the program, the progam will not automatically roll enrolments over to the following year.
