School Crest
When designing the school's crest in 2000 we attempted to incorporate what the school had become and what the school hopes to be. Each piece of the crest encapsulated the ethos of the school.
- The Cross dominates our crest. It demonstrates that Christ is the centre of our school community and his teachings underpin everything we do.
- The school is a Community where individuals are recognised for their own unique qualities and gifts. The school is also part of the wider community.
- The Key represents education. With the explosion of knowledge and the advent of the technological age it is necessary to go beyond book-based learning to provide children with the skills to unlock and use information.
- The Southern Cross places us within the world. It implies our vision to become an outstanding educational institution that is widely recognised.
- The Shepherd's Crook symbolises our connection to both the Anglican Church and Jesus, the good Shepherd.
