Methods of payment

School fees may be paid by BPay (from a cheque, savings or credit account) or by cheque or cash.  The school also offers direct debit (from a cheque or savings account).  Monthly direct debit payments are made on the 15th of each month in ten instalments from February to November.  Fortnightly direct debit payments are made across 24 fortnights from January to early December.  Further information can be obtained from the Accounts Office (upstairs in the Central Resources Building).

Due Date

School fees are due and payable by the end of the second week of each term unless arrangements have been made for direct debit payments. Families experiencing temporary difficulties should contact the Head of Business before the due date to discuss payment options.  Fees not paid by the due date will otherwise attract an overdue fee charge. If a fee account remains unpaid after the third week of term the school reserves the right to ask a family to make arrangements for their child/ren’s education elsewhere.

Notice of Withdrawal

One term’s written notice of withdrawal must be provided to the school or one term’s fees plus GST is payable in lieu of notice.
